Martin B-26 Marauder

The American Martin B-26 was a twin engine bomber.  The one here is at Le Bourget, just north of Paris, France, and is depicted in Free French markings.

B-26G 44-68219, have listings indicating it's on display in France, was delivered to Adl'A in May 1945. - Mark Morgan

Quite a few A-20s, B-25s, and B-26s were blown up at bases in UK by the use of HE bombs winched up into their bomb bays...and the bombs were triggered remotely. The scrap was then sold to UK scrap dealers. - David P. Murphy
